Information you provide
Interest, speaking, partnership and contact forms collect the fields you submit, including your name, email, organisation and message. Booking, when enabled, also needs billing and registration information. Do not submit patient records or sensitive medical information.
How information is used
The organising team uses enquiries to respond to you, review proposed contributions and manage the event. Optional marketing consent is separate from an enquiry and is not required to submit it.
Payments and service providers
When paid registration opens, the payment provider processes payment details. The event system stores registration details, transaction references and payment status, not full card numbers. Payments are processed through Razorpay; confirmations and invoices are sent using the configured TechConfy email service.
Browser storage and analytics
This preview uses session storage for your checkout session and browser storage for the portal login. It does not load analytics, advertising scripts or third-party tracking pixels.
Access, correction and updates
Contact the organising team to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from optional updates. Requests are reviewed against the actual operational and record-keeping requirements.
Details awaiting confirmation
The data controller’s legal address, retention periods, lawful bases where applicable, production processors, international transfers and relevant supervisory contact must be confirmed before public launch.
